Price and where to buy it : This is sold at $34.95 and you can find it in nearly every Murphys Magic partner shop.
What you get : You get a very nice packaging, I find that Murphys is now doing a very good job with their product ! You do also get the main gimmick which is REALLY REALLY well made, you can feel and see that they put a lot of work into it. It should last you a lifetime. You receive also 3 gaffed cards that can be used in conjonction with the Revolution gimmick in order to do amazing routines.
The pros and the cons : Here is the core of my review, let's begin with the cons, as I will usually be doing, I prefer to keep the good things for the end.
THE CONS :
It's not easy, not that this is a con but you should be warned that this isn't something you will pick up in less than 5 minutes. Greg is pretty fair by telling it to you at the beginning. But after one week, you should get a consistent spin.
It can hurt a little bit if you do it too often for the first few times. But your skin will become harder and no pain should appear.
It's not a trick, more a stun. Not a con but you should know it. (There are tricks explained in the explanation video)
THE PROS :
It's not a card trick, well, it uses cards but it's more a flourish than a trick by itself. I think you do look pretty cool when doing it but you shouldn't over do it because people will suspect that something fishy is going on.
The card box can be handed out to the spectator but I don't think people will ask for it because it's a stun, not a trick you're doing. People will suspect it's only manipulation and skills (which is part of the method of course).
You can transfer the gimmick to any box and any card design you want. Little tip, if you have trouble removing double sided tape from the gimmick, just use a little bit of lighter fluid, it should help.
The explanation video is very well made, this is a consistent thing with Murphys releases, I think they made the best one out there.
If you want to do it with a card, it's much more easier than with a deck so maybe you can begin with a card and then try with the deck.
Overall rating : This is one of the coolest release of 2015, everything from Greg is pure gold. This makes you look cool, it's very fun to do and people are amazed by it ! Very very satisfied with this cool product ! 4/4 hearts
As for the difficulty level, it's not easy to do it well, it will need some pratice 3/5 stars
